SUMMARY:A Tale of Three Cities - Joint Concert
DESCRIPTION:The Wallace Collection\n\nDublin Concert Band (conductor Brendan Breslin)\n\n1st Old Boys Band (conductor Stephen Cairns)\n\nThis stand-alone concert will celebrate music for brass quintet\, brass band and concert band\, all in a single early evening programme\, with repertoire ranging from Hildegard of Bingen to Nigel Hess\, and from David Shires to Tom Jones!\n\nThree outstanding ensembles from three different cities will share the stage in this unique event. The Wallace Collection (Glasgow)\, one of the world's pioneering brass ensembles\, will begin the evening\, followed by Dublin Concert Band\, an ensemble that has been an integral part of Dublin's cultural life for over 60 years. 1st Old Boys Band (Belfast)\, Northern Ireland's leading brass band\, will conclude the programme.\n\nThe concert is presented free of charge\, but tickets must be reserved using the link below.\n\nAs we return to live music\, it is a pleasure to welcome audiences back and we would like to thank Adelaide Road Presbyterian Church for hosting us for the evening.\n\nPlease note that masks are required by the venue for all those attending the event.
